Naomi Binkley
Founder and Managing Partner, Naomi Binkley is devoted to providing excellence in video production and exceptional service to Fireside Production’s many Clients. Naomi spent more than a decade working in television news before launching Fireside Production. Her career highlights include general assignment reporting and anchoring for the ABC affiliate in Colorado Springs, covering the Lake Shore region for the ABC in Grand Rapids, Michigan and working as a news writer and reporter for Fox 31 News in Denver. Naomi is an award-winning journalist with a passion for creating videos people remember.
Naomi successfully works with Fireside Production Clients to develop concepts, shot-lists and scripts for various video projects. Naomi is Fireside Production’s lead field producer. She conducts interviews and coordinates video shoots. Her talent is in seamlessly blending interviews, natural sound and voiceover narration to create compelling videos. She is experienced in working with technical, scientific and secure information. Naomi regularly provides professional voiceover services and hosts videos for Fireside Production.
Tom McDonald
Director of Production and Partner, Tom McDonald is Fireside Production’s creative genius. He is an Emmy Award-winning photojournalist and Fireside Production’s lead videographer. Tom left an accomplished career in television news to co-found Fireside Production. His news career spanned more than a decade and took him from Grand Junction, Colorado to Spokane, Washington before he settled in at Fox 31 News in Denver. Tom is known for using the camera’s lens to capture the video, natural sound and moments to deliver dynamic video pieces for Fireside Production’s Clients.
Tom leads the technical side of Fireside Production. He is the chief videographer and ensures all field production results in the highest quality shots and sound. Tom is also a gifted editor with an unmatched ability to effectively pace videos.
Naomi and Tom team up to produce all of Fireside Production’s videos. They’re also backed by a talented network of videographers, sound professionals, teleprompter operators, grips and voiceover artists.

Marketing Manager, Tammie Waddell, is the brand champion for Fireside Production. Tammie graduated from Metropolitan State College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Since August 2010, she has been an integral part of the Fireside Production team. She reinvented her marketing career after several years devoted to raising her children. Tammie’s marketing expertise includes social media marketing, brand management, advertising and direct marketing.
Tammie loves marketing and promoting Fireside Production because of the core values and transparency of this company. She is leading Fireside Production’s complete marketing strategy and taking the company to a new level as a result. She has successfully launched our blog series, enhanced our social media reach and helped to spotlight Fireside Production through media efforts.
In her free time, Tammie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, taking motorcycle rides with her husband and watching those silly reality shows.
